He attended Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance, a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), associate member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is a Certified Forensic Accountant and Certified Sage Consultant, a lecturer and paper presenter. His over twenty-five (25) years professional working experience cut across many industries/sectors of the economy, such as Advertising, Aviation, Finance, Insurance, Telecommunications, Energy, Public Sector, Consultancy and Audit.
He worked as a consultant to Petroleum (special) Trust Fund (PTF), He acted severally as the Team leader in a special assignment in respect of Fixed Asset verification, Payroll verification, and Appraisal of Internally generated Revenue of Federal Universities in Nigeria from the office of the Auditor General of the Federation.
Some of the organisations he had worked include Olusola Faleye & Associates (Financial & Management Consultants), Dafinone Consulting Limited, Bolutife Oluwadele & Co (Chartered Accountants) and as Head, Finance (Branch Network) and Head, Accounting Operations (Head Office) at various times in Reliance Telecommunications Limited. He has served in the various committees and Sub-commitees of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) such as Student Affairs’ committee; Technical Research and Public Policy committee, member of accreditation visitation team to various Nigeria Universities, Polytechnics, member of ICAN Sub-committee on the review of the petroleum Industry Bill, 2012, National Code of Corporate governance etc.
